Wine Notes:
Our ¡Salud! Cuvee was hand selected from select barrels of our “Joie” block – Pommard clone and the Sister Mary Paule (SMP) block – 667, which are a stand out in this 2022 vintage. We use a gentle approach all around, from hand sorting, gently de-stemmed, to the natural primary and secondary fermentations, long elevage, and finally will be bottled unfiltered and unfined. The resulting wine is complex, yet elegant and long, with a wonderful cellaring potential. Enjoy!!
