Once again we celebrate the generosity of our ¡Salud! patrons. Over $607,000 was raised at our November 2009 benefit through the big board, oral and silent auctions. This will enable us to continue our work to provide access to healthcare services for Oregon’s seasonal vineyard workers and their families.
We extend special thanks to the Chehalem Mountain, Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, and Yamhill-Carlton District AVAs, and guests from across the country who contributed to the special appeal paddle raise which generated over $92,000 to fund much-needed dental services. This inspiring show of support demonstrates our respect for a workforce without whom the wines we all enjoy wouldn’t be possible.
Thank you for enjoying Oregon Pinot Noir, and thank you for keeping ¡Salud! in your hearts. We hope that you will join us in 2010.
